I have model RZ09-01953E52. I've had it for 2 years, so it is past warranty. Within the last few months, it has been having display problems when I increase the brightness setting. I put in a support ticket, and went through all the support steps, excluding a factory reset, which I declined to do.

However, the problem has gotten so bad now, that I have to keep the brightness setting at 0 at almost all times. And, sometimes, even that doesn't help. I'd like to know how many other people may have run into this same type of problem.

Well, I've done my own Google searches, and found 3 videos of different people with the exact same problem I have. I'd like to know if Razer would be willing to replace my monitor, as it seems that's what resolved the problem for the guy in the last video. I wouldn't have paid for a gaming laptop if I had known the built in display would become unusable after 2 years.
