Hello.

I'm trying to resolve this problem for hour looking for answer on the internet, but nothing works by now.

I purchased today Razer Kraken X headset. Download Razer App Engine from Razer official site and tried to login. But after i login the application minimise to tray with "log in to get started". When i click it, login again, it minimise again. I tried:

- Reinstall application (also clean one)
- Close it via task manager and run again
- Reboot PC
- Log in as guest

Nothing works. It only minimise to tray with "log in to start" again.

Any solutions?

Which app did you install? Can you send me a screenshot of it or provide me the link where you've downloaded it? I'd also appreciate it if you can send me a screenshot of your MSINFO32 via PM so I can check for a possible compatibility issue and for me to take a closer look at your system.
