When i connect via bluetooth on my Laptop, the sound too terrible, laggy...but when i put dongle-C or 3.5 jack to laptop is very good of sound, everything is nomal. How can i fix it?
You can try switch your wifi 2.4GHz router into a different channel, so it'll may not interference with the headset via BT. Also built-in laptop BT card also have big difference here (what's your BT card btw?). You can also try updating BT card drivers on your laptop.
