Razer Basilisk double click or 'ghost click'


Hi! I have a problem with my Razer Basilisk. Basically, when I smoothly press the left button (clicking it), it clicks more than 1 time very fast (and I still pressing the left button) (ghost clicking). So I have to press it harder and I don't like it D:

And another question: If I've registered the mice in razerzone.com/registration (as it shows inside the guide) since the day I bought it but I don't have the receipt of the purchase, can I still 'use' the warranty or I must have the receipt from the shop?

Proof of purchase is a must for any sort of warranty claim. You can refer to this for more info. Anyways, double-clicking is usually a hardware issue but can you put up a short clip showing how you press on the left mouse button to trigger the ghost-clicks?

Does this happen with and without Synapse running in the background and have you reached out to the reseller about this?

It doesn't matter if Synapse is running or not. I bought the mice in an official store but I lost the receipt. I don't know if I can recover it somehow. (Media Markt store).

Then this is highly likely a switch issue. Please reach out to Media Markt for a replacement. Let me know should they refuse to help you out.
