Razer BlackShark V2 X | 7.1 Surround Sound wont activate
The '7.1 Surround Sound' isn't showing up for my audio devices. Initially when i plugged in the headset and launched the program it did show but I needed to follow the troubleshooter to fix the audio not working. Now the '7.1 Surround Sound' doesn't show up. I thought I disabled it somehow but i can't find it in device manager or sound control panel. I have reinstalled the program (installed again, i'm too scared to completely delete it because I dont know if the activation code will still work). Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Hi.I have the same problem too with the Kraken TE. I installed the 7.1 software ... unlocked the code ... but at the next step I cant choose any devices. Also after reinstallation I have the same problem.
any soulutions for this????? my heaphones work but i can't find the right output source in the drop down menu to activate the surround sound -.-

I've the same issue with my Razer Kraken 7.1
I'm not able to use this Surround feature. I tried to make any set up but the sound is not coming out from headphones while selecting Speakers 7.1 Surround, but only from the main Realtek output. Any clue ?
