Razer Blackwidow Chroma LED problem.

Hello! I have a blackwidow chroma overwatch edition keyboard and i noticed that my F4 key LED color was slightly off the static colors i had on synapse. About 4 days later the Y key got the same problem. The F4 can`t display RED and the Y can`t display BLUE (they get turned off when i put those static colours on SYNAPSE). Is this just a LED problem, or it will eventually affect my keyswitch as well? Because, from my understanding, the switch itself and the LED are operating separatedly. It is a fix for that? (like an LED replacement). Thanks in advance!

EDIT: Tested on more than one computer, with synapse 2 and 3.
EDIT 2: Doing some testing, i`ve noticed that if i use the reactive preset, whenever i press the F4 key, it lights up the F4, F3, Y and the razer logo. Here`s a quick video of the case

I've looked into it, and yes, it does. When i close synapse the keyboard changes to the spectrum cycling mode, but in this case only the F4 key seems to change colour.


EDIT: For some strange reason, the Y key does not give me problems right away. If the computer just boot, it doesn't fail to display the blue colour neither change colors in the static mode, only the F4 key gets offcolor. After some time, or after changing the effect, for some reason the Y key changes too and start to fail the BLUE color, and consequently start to get offcolor if u try other colors/effects.
