Hi.
Everytime I use the turntable button on the right side of the keyboard to adjust the volume, it is extremely inaccurate. I turn it up a little and somehow the volume lowers, I turn it more and then it increases the volume a little. And vice versa. It was not like this for the first few months I had it which makes me think it could be a software issue, in which case I am wondering when it will get resolved as it is quite an annoying issue.
