Razer Blackwidow Keys Unresponsive

I have had my keyboard for around half a year now, and I also run Windows 7. For around a month or so, my DeathAdder Elite mouse has been having trouble whenever I turn on my pc- I have to go and unplug it then replug it. However, this morning, my Blackwidow Elite was unresponsive, and I was unable to access my pc without using an external keyboard and mouse. I have tried multiple times to unplug all 4 of my Razer devices, but the problem still remains. The devices are connected, but are not usable. Any ideas?

Clean install Synapse and uninstall the drivers you currently have for the devices in question. Is your Windows 7 up-to-date, and is it a genuine copy?
