Razer Blade 14 (2017) won't launch into OS

I have two (formerly purchased by my workplace) Razer Blade 14's that have the same issue.

They will allow me to go into the BIOS, but will not boot into any OS's even from an external drive or USB. I can also not get into recovery (f9). They both will start, the keyboards with light up, I'll get the THS, and then it'll say going to automatic repair. It'll go to a black screen with the backlight on (there will also be a single colored line that flashes on the screen) and stay there. The keyboard remains lit up and the backlight will remain on indefinitely. Both of these computers have identical conditions, exactly the same situation on both.

Both of these PC's fell asleep one day when they were unplugged and would not turn back on properly. That was the start of this problem.

Things I have tried:
Windows Recovery Drive
Windows 10 Install from USB
ALL Razer Official bootloop guides - https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/3221/~/razer-blade-boots-into-bios-but-not-windows-os
Guide for Razer falling asleep: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/830/~/my-razer-blade-is-not-waking-up-from-sleep-or-hibernation
Multiple BIOS setting changes and restoring defaults

I can not contact Razer for a USB recovery because I'm quite a few years out of warranty with these 2017 models and I didn't realize they don't have an open support line anymore :(

Has anyone had anything similar? I'd really like to get these two working but my brain is fried from trying for hours xD

Yikes! It seems like that there's a hardware issue. Please check if your laptop is part of our discontinued devices here, so I can check if our Support Team can provide a copy of the unit's recovery partition. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to send me a PM anytime or visit our self-help options should you have other questions or concerns.
