Razer Blade 15" (2018) Advanced Not Charging

My laptop was running low on battery (25%) so I plugged it in yesterday. The power adapter has a green LED light, so I left it for the day. Today, when I booted up my laptop, the battery says "0% available (plugged in)" but it still will not charge. If I unplug the power adapter, the laptop immediately shuts down. I shut the laptop down and let it charge for a couple hours, but it's still sitting at 0%. I tried all the troubleshooting tips found in other threads here, including the Intel ME Driver rollback and whatnot, but nothing has worked.

Any idea on how to narrow down the issue and get this resolved?

Yes, I did. The laptop still won't charge after uninstalling and rebooting. I also tried the EC Updater step, and it said all components are up-to-date.

I completely reset my laptop according to those directions. There was no change. It still says "0% available (plugged in)," does not charge, and the LED on my laptop does not light up to indicate charging. Power Brick still has a steady green LED light.
