Razer blade 15 adv external monitor 144hz problem

    Hello, i plugged a external monitor to my razer blade 15 adv 2020 but when im on NVIDIA OPTIMUS there is so much lag but when changing to dGPU only it works fine but the pc become so hot that i cant even touch! any fix?
