Razer Blade 15 Base Crashing with Adobe


Hello!

I apologise if this has been asked a lot but I couldn't find a search feature to check.

So I bought the razer blade 15 base model from razer.com about 2 months ago and I just got creative cloud now it is crashing and restarting often even just having photoshop open in the background. My previous laptop with less than half the power of this one could handle it easily.

Is something wrong with my laptop or is the razer blade just not very compatible with adobe software?

Sure, is this what you're looking for? That's what was running when it crashed last time. The windows sad face error screen comes up after it freezes.

i have the same issue on my Razer blade 15(2019 model RTX2070) When open the Photoshop and Adobe file in the same time, i hear the hardware inside with tic tic.. sound then crash in blue screen : ( don't know why i crashed 3 times in this week.
Been having the same issues since purchase unfortunately, Every couple of days I've had my whole system crash with a DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. I can't confirm it but the last two times it's happened while off charge.

Been using After Effects, Photoshop and Premiere.

For reference I have a Base Model Razer Blade 15

Any support will be much appreciated

I have the same problem. It is only with adobe programs that the laptop crashes. The usual stop code is driver_power_state_failure. it can happen several times a day

Hello! I constantly get DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error resulting in BSOD. Started happening after update to Windows 10 1903. All the drivers are up to date. I have 2 dump files, who can I share them with to troubleshoot the issue? Thanks in advance!
