Hello,
My Model is a RZ09-02705, and I recently installed a fresh version of Windows 11 after buying a new M.2 drive. I had upgrade to Windows 11 on my previous drive and everything generally worked fine. With the new install, I am not able to get the laptop to sleep when the lid is shut; it will just keep running. It can go to sleep by using the button in the start menu, and when the lid is shut, the logo on the back will turn off, as well as the screen. I have installed the most recent Bios and EC Updates, with it telling me that it has the most recent and won't let me install again. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Did you try creating a system recovery stick while your original SSD is plugged into your Blade? If you haven't, please perform the steps from this article. Once done, please reimage your new SSD/M.2, but do not update it to Windows 11 yet. Let me know if the behavior persists. Otherwise, you may submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can help you kick-start a support ticket.
