Case description: When power cable plugged in, there is noticeable noise under the keyboard, like "zzzzzz". And when unplugged on power mode, the noise is significantly reduced to a nearly unnoticeable state.
My PC has this coil whine noise since getting it, but recently it's getting louder, to a state I cannot stand. Possibly because I moved to a quieter place.
Anyway, I heard that update Bios and EC would help clear or reduce the coil whine noise. Does it really work? And where can I get the Bios and EC update?
My Bios version is 1.02 and EC FW version is 1.01
Please help.

The EC and BIOS updates can help to resolve the laptop's concern, however, it needs verification if the particular update address such an issue.
