The problem of headphones that uncouple and reconnect every two seconds.
along with this problem I had a problem related to the recognition of razer blackwindow V3 pro devices and naga pro mice in when when I unplug them I keep seeing how they are connected within Synapse 3.
Issue:
1- nari wifi headphones disconnect every two minutes and have a very loud background noise
2- razer blackwindow V3 pro device and naga pro mouse are not detected correctly
Step for reproduce this issue
- connect keyboard and mouse devices via shared dodge wifi
- disconnect mouse, the mouse will appear as connected in synapse 3
- unplug the keyboard, the keyboard will remain connected inside synapse 3
Computers
MSI GF63 8RD computer
Connections:
-via usb type c hub with 4 usb 3.0 ports the chorma mouse dock was connected in which the dodge wifi for keyboard to mouse is installed
-connected to USB 3.0 port the dodge wifi of Nari wirless headphones
Workaround:
0- change USB ports for keyboard mouse and headphones wifi dodge
- it didn't work at all problems persist
1- clean installation of mouse, keyboard and headphone drivers
- it did not work
2- clean installation of mouse, keyboard and headphone drivers + clean installation of SYNAPSE 3
- it did not work
3- format of the pc and clean installation of windows 10 and installation of all drivers with clean installation of synapse 3
method 3 fixed me the component detection problems even if sometimes they remain connected to the pc even if they are off but sometimes it appears again even if by applying the workaround 0 everything works again as before
The problem with the headphones persists and until now I can not find any way to make it work correctly.
I also tend to add that all this material at a cost of about 400/500 euros is therefore not acceptable for such poor performances.
