Hello, after reinstalling Windows 10, there was a problem. I have installed Razer synapse 2 -legasy, but I cannot find the surround pro driver in the download link. When I bought a headset in the box there is an activation code, as I understand it is not valid?

Have you registered your device? Here's the download link of 7.1 Surround sound software. Please send me the email address that is connected to your Razer ID via PM including the serial number of your device so I can check its registration status. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me the photo of your activation code by saving it via Google Drive or any online drive and pasting the shareable link in your message. Let's go from there.
