Razer firefly issues

I am not sure what the issue was with the software but something that has to do with razer was causing my pc to freeze and crash. When I had nzxt cam brought up under gpu load it said razer central 507%. I don't know muc about pc's and my friend built mine a couple months ago but that seemed sus so I just uninstalled all my razer software and I have had no issues. My pc worked fine with the razer softwarre for maybe four days and then my pc would just freeze and I had to opt to switching it off. This happened overr and over for days until I discovered there may be an issue with razer and my pc. Any ideas what this was and how I could reinstall the razer software without it causing my pc to crash??? Thanks in advance!
