Razer hammerhead true wireless (2nd gen)

Just got these earphones today and randomly my right earbud disconnected and the rgb turned off. I thought it probably just needed to charge. It’s been int he fully charged case for 30min and it still won’t connect to my phone or even go into pairing mode. The rgb is still off. I can’t even use the app to check the battery since I need both earbuds on to use the app. Why is this happened and how could I fix it. Btw I got these 6hrs ago.
