I just bought this keyboard TODAY and no matter what I've done in terms of Synapse, it will NOT see the wrist rest in order to apply the Chroma effect that is being shown on the keyboard itself. This is a problem and there isn't one with the connection of the pad to the board.
What the hell gives here, guys?

Is this your first installation of the Synapse app? If it already worked before, you can follow the steps here for further isolation. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the connection issue with the wrist test of your keyboard. Thanks!
