razer huntsman limited tournament windows problem frezze

Hello, I recently bought this keyboard, when I turn on the windows the taskbar crashes, I take out the keyboard works, I looked for firmware update but I didn't find it.

Strange, I thought that it's only an issue on AMD CPUs.
I've found a workaround for this (it works for me) - to disable fast boot option in OS: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1045548/

Currently I'm testing Windows 11, and it seems, that it's OK (clean system, without workaround).

I'll try when I get home, if it doesn't work I'll return the keyboard

@Update,i turn on hibernation and now i have the buton,i uncheck it,I'm trying a few restarts to see

Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable", then you'll be able to see this setting.

The problem has been for over 6 months or so, still not resolved (at least for AMD CPU users), on few Huntsman keyboards and also BlackWidow V3. Mine case stucked, still don't have any positive resolution to my case.

I tried everything, I need a firmware update, I have already lost my patience, the keyboard and mousepad are gone on Monday.I also canceled the order at Viper.
