razer kaira pro issue
hi, I bought a razer Kaira pro for my Xbox series x in October 2021. but after 4 months the headset stopped working. I can charge it but the headset wouldn't turn on. I tried updating the headset with firmware v1.00.12_r1, but the update is stuck at 99% so it wouldn't update as well. please help me as I don't know what the problem is.

No one seems to respond to these Kaira headset questions. I can’t update mine either.
Did you guys use the USB charging cable as instructed? You can also try to use a different USB port or reboot your PC first before trying again. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can raise this to the Software Team.
