my keyboard has stopped lighting up. It does still work but the razer synapse app doesn’t recognize it anymore. I’ve updated all of the drivers and restarted the pc and swapped the usb plug over to another slot and still nothing. Any ideas?

What's the model of your keyboard? Does the same behavior happen while connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer? Ensure that the device is connected to your PC's USB port directly.
