Razer Kitty Edition volume issues,whenever i turn my volume up to high it disconnects,is this normal


Whenever im listening to loud music it disconnects my headset and re-connects. i dont know how to fix this. i dont know if i will have to return it and get a new one of if its a setting.if you have any ideas please let me know.

I am having the same issue. It also disconnects itself spontaneously without me touching it and makes a popping noise every time

Just bought kitty edition .Guess What??? SAME ISUE!!!
Currently working with support on this one. I am gonna laugh if they RMA it and the there it doesn't fix the issue.

Hi everyone ! reading others forums I founded that if u turn off the RGB LIGTHS the headset works again. I did it and now is working cool. Hope the same for u !

that worked for me only for a while, now the headphones keep disconnecting all the time
my wife have the same problem, the only solution was uninstall Synapse software, this is soooo annoying

Hi there! Are there any changes applied to your device/system before the issue? Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is disabled or closed? Also, try connecting it to a different USB port or computer and see how it behaves. Feel free to send me the serial number of your device serial number via PM should you need additional assistance.
