Razer Kiyo Issues


I'm experiencing trouble with the Razer Kiyo on one PC. I have 2 Kiyos and both have the same issue on this PC only. A no name webcam works fine.

Issue:
Webcam gets banding/jumping frames and lags. When recording, the picture and audio freeze (even when using a second mic). You can see the issue when recording at . Recording is with the Camera app in Windows 10. Same behavior occurs in Streamlabs OBS.

What I've done:
Uninstalled the device through device manager
Uninstalled Synapse
Followed the clean install instructions for Synapse
Updated Windows
Updated GPU drivers (RTX 3060)
Tried both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 ports
Tried using the device without installing Synapse

PC Information:
Intel i5-10600KF
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA RTX 3060
M.2 SSD
Windows 10 Home Build 19043
