Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 Crackling, Showing up as CONEXANT USB AUDIO, doesn't show up in Synapse.

Hi, I've been having issues with my Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 lately. Instead of showing up as Razer Kraken 7.1 V2 in Volume Mixer and Device Manager, etc, it shows up as CONEXANT USB AUDIO. I've looked up fixes for this for hours, and even wiped my whole PC to try and fix it. It does the same on other computers as well. There is a random generic Microsoft driver attached to CONEXANT USB AUDIO, and when I look for the Razer driver in my PC which is usually there as an option, it isn't there. That being said, I can't change the driver to a Razer driver, and Synapse won't recognize it as a Razer device. I've tried restarting my pc, unplugging and replugging, reinstalling the Realtek Audio Driver, and many other things. Nothing has fixed the issue. The headset also fails if anything else that isnt a Razer product is plugged into the pc, such as my tablet or camera. It does this on every PC I've used it on, despite there being no visible damage and having taken very good care of it. It started doing this about a month after I got it, and nothing has fixed the issue. Sometimes it randomly makes loud static sounds, and the audio cuts out. I don't know whats wrong with it, and no fix has helped.

is there a fix already?
I'm also having this issue, but mine started out with just the mic cutting out. After I didnt use it for a couple days, this started happening.
