I'm afraid cases like this aren't covered by the headset's Limited Warranty. You can visit this page for more info about our Razer Warranty Policy. But let me check if there's any spare cable for your Kraken. PM me the serial number of your device along with your mailing address so I can verify its model and check if there's a spare available in your region.
