Razer Kraken Kitty headset keeps disconnecting

The problem is the software, the problem is the damn software. I tried everything and did my very best but i can NOT fix the problem at all in any way. Headset works perfectly and amazingly fine as soon as i log out of my synapse account but as soon as i press the "log in" button, the problems instantly start.
Headset disconnects, audio dies, makes a pop sound, it doesn't make a sound that the USB got disconnected, but the headset disappears from synapse itself and pops back on it and it does this EVERY 5 or 6 SECONDS, That's INSANE!! But then i log out and all problems go away. I can go on for days without being logged on and it wont have a problem. Only when i'm logged on. I tried uninstalling synapse, reinstalling, uninstalling headset drivers, testing on different computer, unplugging, replugging into different USB. EVERYTHING... It seemed like it worked normally yesterday but the next day there was a new razer update and all of my effort was just thrown out the window just because of the update. Why do you need to update the app so much? Is it really that worth it? If anything, you're making everything worse. Why didn't you take the time to fix the software problem for all USB headphones? I sent a message to support, they responded and asked me to answer a couple of questions about the issue, i responded and haven't received a reply.
I know its a software problem. Please fix it. A lot of money went into this headset only for its amazingly good quality to be ruined by a software.....

I'm going through something very similar to what you are experiencing right now. The difference is when I so much as play audio through my headset, the headset will simply disconnect. The USB will no longer be recognized. I can mess with it all I want in Synapse but if I play any audio through the headset it will disconnect. No amount of updates, rollbacks, or USB ports seem to make a difference. I've done pretty much all you've done, and I am out of warranty so Razer simply tells me I am SOL, like the con artists they are.

I use a Razer Nari Ultimate, though, we do seem to be going through the same stuff.

I seriously don't know what to do with this anymore... ive been uninstalling and installing razer synapse for the last 8 days now so that the problem can just go away.. i'm not even sure what the fix is.. sometimes its the drivers, sometimes its the synapse, sometimes its just unplugging it and plugging it back in. I don't know what the fix is... and the support isnt really helping me at all whatsoever...
