Razer Kraken Mic Problems
So my Kraken's mic sounds super quiet, even if I'm in a call with friends on Discord, they always turn me up on 200 and still barely hear me. Is this mainly just the mic that was built in and can't really be fixed or is there a way to fix this problem.

Can I have the serial number of the headset? I can use that to look into possible firmware-related solutions. For now, you will want to adjust the mic volume and check if the mic volume on the app is not overridden via App Volume and Device Preferences.
