Razer Kraken Ultimate Left Ear Cup Light Not Working

I have tried reinstalling synapse, plugging un-plugging the headset, deleting and installing drivers trying the headset on another computer but nothing seems to work is it hardware related? The headset is new I have bought it about 10-15 days before. Anyone else having this problem too? Should I wait for an synapse update?Waiting for your suggestions.

I'm leaning towards this being a hardware issue, but do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the issue? For now, I highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse by following this guide and make sure the headset is plugged in directly to the PC.
I have followed this tutorial (https://support.razer.com/articles/1699349771) and done the clean installation of synapse but the problem still exist.

Let's chuck this as a hardware issue. PM me the serial number of your headset so I can submit a warranty claim on your behalf.
