Hey guys, I just bought a brand new Razer Kraken.
Was testing it on my laptop and realised that when the mic jack is plugged in, using the volume wheel (in-line control) makes a weird noise (like the wire is brushing against your clothes or you just plugged your audio jack in). Other than that its working as intended.
Using the in-line volume wheel with the mic unplugged does not have this sound. Is this expected or do I have a faulty product?
