Hi guys.
Last year I bought a headphone Kraken X and initially it works well but now it is not recognized by my laptop after recovery the OS. Together with the headphone came a serial number of the software 7.1 Surround Sound. When I try to use the serial number to install the software I get a message saying that the serial number has already used.
How can I fix these 2 issues?
Obs.: my laptop model is Dell G7 Serie.

The activation code can only be used once and will be tied to your Razer ID. Try logging in to your Razer ID and set the 7.1 Surround Sound as the systems' default playback device by following this guide. If the issue persists, I highly suggest performing a clean reinstallation by following the steps from this page. Send me a PM if you need further assistance.
