Razer mama TE dont even connect to my pc...

    Hello,
    So i was playing CS:GO and my Razer mamba TE just shut down.
    Lights just disepear, and buttons dont work anymore since this time.
    Now my mouse dont connect to my pc.
    If i turn my mouse like 50 times sometimes it connects just for 3 seconds.
    Please help me
    I tried with Synapse and 5 seconds rebooting nothing worked.

    Cheack on other pc if the issue is the same. If you will have also issue there this is hardwere problem and you will not fix this on your own the best will send to warranty :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: If mouse will be working fine i suggest to try difrent usb or connect difrent mouse to this port.

    thanks for the answer, on other pc the mouse doesnt work too.
    So i send a e-mail to Razer Support.

    Damaged cable? To check it, just move the cable near USB connector or near mouse (2 places, that are most exposed to damage) - you'll hear the connect/disconnect sound from OS.

    I move the cable near USB connector or near mouse and nothing append.

    Like i write above the best will be send to warranty in this case this can be multiple difrent ways why mouse dont work as should be for sure it's hardwere issue becose you eliminate this by connecting to difrent pc.
