I've had my Razer Mamba TE for a few years now and just recently, it scrolls normally then randomly double scrolls or gets "jittery" when trying to scroll (scrolls down while I scroll up or vice versa). It has gotten bad enough that I end up just clicking on the side bar and dragging through the page because the scroll wheel is effectively useless.
I have tried disabling Synapse and tested it on a couple different computers but no improvement. I have also tried shooting a bit of compressed air into the mouse to see if that would do something, again no improvement.

It's out of it's warranty so I can't RMA it, so are there any other solutions to fix this?

    Thanks.

Could I kindly get a response to this?
It seems the scroll wheel issues are getting worse. It will intermittently scroll once even without actually rolling the wheel or by simply moving the mouse.

Should I just invest in a new mouse at this point?

Hello there! Let's try to troubleshoot. Have you tried to do a reinstall of Synapse? When did this issue start to happen? Let me know.

    Hey RedPanda,
It looks like I reinstalled Synapse back in November 2018. I just tried again now after seeing your response. It seemed to work for the first little bit but after a restart of my laptop the issues are back.
The scroll wheel had been having intermittent problems for the last several months but has only really gotten bad since around the beginning of the year.

Thanks for the response. Can you send over the serial number of your mouse to me through PM? Let's continue there.
