My Mamba Wireless was working fine until recently. The left click is fine, but the right click is awful. One held press registers between 3-9 separate clicks for whatever reason, and I can't seem to find someone with the same problem. Razer support seems to be swamped, so I doubt I'll be hearing back from them anytime soon. Any fixes?

Same here, except my problem is with the left click. It's almost impossible to complete a "click-hold-drag" sequence the first try; sometimes I have to try dozens of times to get it right. This is most obvious in Photoshop, where click hold drag is used a LOT. I have tried everything I can think of, going through every setting in Synapse and attempting multiple times to custom-calibrate my mouse surface. Most of the time it isn't an issue, but "click-hold-drag" is ridiculously sensitive. Could someone please help? I plan to post this message under several threads that sound promising, hoping someone out there will take an interest. I really want to like this mouse.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your device's concern here. Were you able to test if the issue persists after disabling or closing Razer Synapse? If you are using the Razer Mamba Wireless, please download its firmware through this link and see if it helps.

The same issue on the Mamba Wireless mouse right-click is not working. I used this mouse for less than two months since I bought it. I can right-click if I click inside of mouse area which is right next to the mouse wheel. but if I click the middle or a little bit right, It doesn't work. I can't even hear the clicking sound if I click right. It just sounds like plain plastic touching sound

Have you isolated the issue by connecting it to a different computer without Razer Synapse 3.0 installed or another USB port? If you are using a desktop PC, connect the mouse to the rear USB ports and see if the behavior persists.
