Razer Nabu Pairing and batter info problems

I am having problems with my Razer Nabu not staying paired to the app. The bluetooth connection between the watch and the phone is fine but the app and watch don't stay paired even with the watch less than 1 foot away. So I have eliminated distance as the issue. I have also eliminated having the app open and running in the background and closing out the app. I do understand the watch will be disconnected from the phone but from other's reviews it is supposed to unpair from the app. Also the battery percentage isn't telling me the actual percentage of the lithium ion battery. Also, the watch isn't tracking my distance traveled and my step count.

So, how do I keep the watch paired to the app like it's supposed to?
Is there a way to fix the battery charge indicator?
Also, how do I fix the step count and distance traveled issue?

Have you tried clearing your phone's Bluetooth history? Ensure that the watch is paired to a single device only. Try forgetting the watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings, then re-find the device and scan. Once done, send a test notification to the Nabu (Device > Details > Send Test Notification) to see if notifications work. On the other hand, most user step summary added to the charts of Google Fit matches the data from the Nabu app. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
