Razer Naga Trinity disconnects

I bought a Razer Naga Trinity about 6 weeks ago and having problems ever since. It disconnects/reconnects often, sometimes in every 2 minutes, sometimes once-twice in an hour. I hear the usb disconnect/reconnect sound and it does it even when I'm away from the computer. I've tried all 4 different usb ports on my computer and it happens with all those.
Another problem is that sometimes the side buttons or the left click just stop working in the middle of gaming. It usually happens when I play MMOs and I have to completely disconnect and reconnect the mouse usb a couple of times for it to start working again.
I have the newest Synapse installed and it recognizes the mouse.

Has anyone had similar problems? I'm really slowly going mad here, I don't want to start a guarantee war with the local tech shop that sold me the mouse, so I thought I'd ask here first, maybe anyone has any ideas for how to fix it?

And thanks in advance!

The first thing that you should try is testing it on another port if not another machine. Because of the frequency of the disconnects though, I'd be surprised if this isn't a hardware issue. That said, do let me know how the mouse fares during the tests so we can try other possible solutions.
