Razer Nari mic picking up desktop audio

I have been having this problem lately, that the mic from the headset picks up every desktop sound if that sound is too loud. And that is annoying, because when im in a call with someone they can hear everything i am listening too, which is first of all annoying to them and also too me, and a problem when recording. I know this issue has been brought up a lot, as i have also seen it on these forums, but there just isnt a fix to it.

I've tried all the basic things (sound settings and stuff....), updated firmware, reinstaled windows and updated drivers, messed with discord settings, no matter what i do nothing works.

Here is the funny part, my 2 friends, who have the exact same headphones, but no such problem. Is this even possible. There has got to be something i can do. I would appreciate some help so we can finaly fix this problem. I know a lot of people have the same issue, so please help us.
