Razer Nari Product Number Location / RGB Not Working

    Hi there, I am trying to locate the product number on my Razer Nari headphones. I need this so I can address the fact that the RGB on the right ear is not working in less than a week. I can only find the serial number, not the product number, and I do not have the box (just the instruction manual).

    plus 2 here, I do have the box but can´t find the product number on my Naris lucio edition
