Razer nari ultimate connection issues

Iv had the headset for about a year, but about 4 days ago, they just stopped connecting. Even Though the USB dongle is plugged in, it just keeps blinking like it's looking for something to connect to, iv ran the dongle recovery tool at least 20 times. Each of those times its acted like its working, then the moment i used it, and would automatically disconnect and go back to looking for a connection. Today, the dongle won't even get picked up by the computer anymore, iv gotten it to show up twice, but with those times, it said there were driver issues, and after a minute, it stopped being recognized, and stop showing up also. Can anyone, anyone at all, save me from this hell, and tell me what's wrong?

I have had the same issue on and off over the last 2 or 3 months. From what I can see there is literally no fix for this. Hoping someone comes along with an answer
我也是,突然就斷開了連接,然後就連接不上了
Same here i have to pair it again like every time I turn on my PC
Hi,

I've got exactly the same issue here. Running a Windows 10 Home Version 21H1, OS build 19043.1645.
I tested the headset on my friend's laptop, which is also running windows 10, and it worked like a charm.

Even after un- and re-installing Synapse 3 a few times, as well as folowing the instructions of the 'Device Detection Troubleshoot Tool' the device doesn't reliably appear on the device manager.
After connecting the dongle (headset off), my Nari Ultimate appears in the device manager list. Then, when I switch on the headset, it signals that it properly connects to the dongle. However, as soon as I run any audio on the computer, the connection fails and the device manager starts 'flickering' but it can't show the Nari anymore.
After I switch off the headset and disconnet and then reconnect the dongle, the device appears again on the list of audio devices but still, the same issue starts again upon trying to use it.

It would be great if Razer staff could offer a clue how to resolve this or get in touch otherwise. So far, no clue can be found how to solve this persistent connection problem.

Best regards
I've owned a razer Nari for about 2 years now, 5 months of which it worked as it should, after that however it stopped connecting to the dongle. I've done everything i could imagine, I've contacted support and ran any and all programs there are that could recover it, nothing has worked.

Support has speculated that it could have been an issue with the aux cable jack, since if the headset thinks you've connected a cable the bluetooth won't work. Today, I gave up and removed the aux jack completely, after which i ran all recovery and pairing programs. The razer nari pairing utility program will only go up to 45% then jump back down to 25% and then go up to 45% again over and over a couple times before saying pairing failed shagle voojio any ideas?

I have exactly the same as you my main headset very dissapointed windows 11 ....latest drivers all round
I am having the same issue as well. My headset keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on itself. It even glitched and caused my game to pause. The problem is still persisting now, and it's been over a week already. I uninstalled and installed the Razer Synapse 3 again, but it did not work out. I am kinda disappointed since this was the first headset that I bought and it's not even over a year.
I am using windows 10.
I wish the Razer staff could offer a solution.

I'm in the same boat! Did you ever find a solution?

Hi guys, this is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your headset and share a copy of your receipt so I can start a case and forward your concern to the RMA Team for a replacement request.
