Razer Nari Ultimate THX Spatial Audio issue

Hello,
I have a wierd bug i guess or some other issue with dialogues in games. While I'm using THX Spatial Audio, for example in The Witcher 3 I can't hear anyone speaking. All other sounds work just fine but dialogues are like muted or completely turned off. Also I've noticed it while playing Apex Legends where your Announcer is speaking, I can hear him only from one side like when i turn other way he stops speaking. Its so weird and very annoying when you have to constantly turn on and off THX. Can anyone help me fix this ? I've already tried reinstalling all drivers, didn't help.

Thanks for help

Hi there! Are there other games that are affected? Can you share a video of the issue? Also, is it only isolated to the dialogue?

I haven't noticed it in other games yet, but it does mainly isolate dialogues. Apex is a bit different but that has to do something with surround sound because when there's someone behind me or any sound behind me, I can't hear it, only when i'm facing towards it. Also now I've noticed that when i have them plugged in via USB and when i'm shooting everytime i hear like a windows sound when you unplug something from USB. Everytime i fire or there's a lounder sound which triggers Haptic. Unfortunately i don't really know how to share a video of it becuase it's in my headphones and you won't notice it in yours i think.

Thanks for the reply. Please PM me the serial number of your Nari together with screenshots of the following:

  • the enhancement tab in Synapse
  • audio settings in-game
  • system audio settings

I'll pick it up from there.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your inquiry here. Allow me to take over. Please disable "Windows Sonic for headphones" after right-clicking the Windows Sound settings in your laptop's system tray and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
