Had my headset less than a year.
Came to turn it on tonight... and it will not turn on.
I plugged it in to charge it and left it for a while.
Unplugged it, It still would not turn on.
Plugged it back in, and turned it on whilst charging... this time it turned on.
Synapse says it is charging... constantly.
In short, the unit will no longer turn on, unless it is connected to a power source.
Help please

Hi, thanks for your post, but the video posted has nothing to do with the issue i am experiencing.
does it work ?
another step, is to reset nari from synapse
go to gear icon, choose reset
and reset ur nari from there
close the synapse and relunch the app
another step is to uninstall synapse from device manager
go to search box, and type device manager
go to audio
uninstall nari, unplug ur dongle and reset ur PC
DO all this step while is connected

Hi
None of these solutions work.
As I said, the issue appears to be with the battery, it does not charge, and the unit will not power on unless is is connected to power.

I owned Razer Nari as well, and had the same issue not long ago. i was searching how to hard reset Nari and turns out Synapse 3 has it built in. and it does work for me.
right know the best thing to Check with Costumer support try DM this Guy @Razer.Zionzedd and @Razer.Speedcr0ss they response fast. i hope they can help with ur issue, and i believe ur Nari is still under warranty.
@-Mr.Nobody- Thanks for looping me in.
@Sanguisaevum This is highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number of your headset and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and start a case for a replacement request.
