Hello everyone, Ive had my Ornata V2 for a few months now and love it. Ran in to an issue since the last Synapse Update.
My lighting is on a generic cycle of colors, and when I listen to music, I use the Media keys all the time. When I need to mute the volume, the light behind the Volume Slider would always turn Red, and now since the last update, it doesnt do anything.
Ive tried the basic stuff, restart, unplug-replug, etc. Just wanted to see if there was any fix or this is a known issue, that way I dont have to take too drastic of steps to fix.
I know its not a big deal, but its a feature I really enjoyed. Having a Visual reminder was something I thought was brilliant, especially when you have headphones or like me, a 7.1 set up in sound and the nights where you have to turn it down fast.
