Razer phone 2 app additional file issue

    Ok so my Razer phone 2 is having an issue were it won't download apps that require additional download and it was fine at first then just a few days ago it started it just stops downloading (had issue with first Razer phone 2 recieved) and I tried the troubleshooting stuff and it didn't work and I had Google play and Razer support try helping me and they couldn't figure it out so I had to send it back and I got a replacement and it was fine until a few days ago and this phone started to do the same thing.

    Has anyone had this issue and if so how did u fix it

    Hi there! Which specific apps are you referring to? Also, is there any error message that comes up? If there is, can you share a photo of it?

    It doesn't show an error it just stops at the a random percentage and never starts again when it get to the additional file download like yesterday it just stopped at 94% on pubg and I have tried downloading creative destruction ND as soon as it got to additional file it just stopped downloading there is no error that shows at all Screenshot_20190816-224048.png

    No there is no error and I have a photo I sent to my friend before I factory reset my phone and it is just stuck on it and not having a notification Screenshot_20190816-171035.png

    Thanks for the reply. Are you using a WiFi network to download the apps you mentioned or are you using data? Also, try to connect to other networks and see if the issue persists. Let me know how it goes.

    I have tried our house internet and also the internet at my job and still the same issue

    Al my friend talked to me about the issue and he looked into it and he thinks it can be an issue with the companies mainframe but I don't know about that
