Razer Phone 2 Freezing and Rebooting randomly

    So pretty much as the title says, recently my RP2 has been freezing and restarting randomly. The other day it was bootlooping. I've done a factory reset which hasn't worked completely, it made it better but it still happens.

    I'm trying to isolate if it's a software thing, however this feels like a hardware issue. Has anyone else had these issues?

    For information I'm on 9.0.

    I've tried just about everything now and it's still doing it.

    Additionally I had reached out to Razer Customer Care and asked for a replacement, though they said I needed proof of purchase from Three (who I bought the device from in the UK). Three have said they can't find details of my purchase and failed to follow up with me after saying they would. I asked Razer if I could use my bank statement showing the purchase as PoP and they said no.

    I'm a massive fan of Razer devices, my desk is littered with them. This experience has really put me off the device which up until now I was very happy with.

    Can someone please help me, I'm stuck with a broken phone and since I'm moving home next week I don't exactly have a lot of spare funds to buy another handset right now.

    This freezing issue is it happening when using Chrome at all or anything at all?

    Anything, any app, sometimes when the phone isn't being used and the screen is off it'll just freeze and turn off. There is some graphical corruption when it freezes sometimes too.
