Razer Pro Type missing No Sleep option

There are two really annoying things about the Razer Pro Type that really turn what would otherwise be a good keyboard into a "Do Not Buy":
1. It has a USB connection that can only be used for charging. It can't be used as a USB keyboard, which seems silly.
2. There is no way to stop it from sleeping and the maximum timeout is only 15 minutes. It will even still go to sleep if it's plugged into power, so you constantly have to remember to wake it up before typing or miss the first part of whatever you're typing.

Is there any plan to address the sleep issue? If not, why not?

I also have the same problem , I am terribly disappointed with this keyboard.
I'm browsing e.g. the forum, reading posts, at the time when I start to type something, some response, I lose the first few characters to exit the keyboard from sleep mode, it is terribly annoying, the next problem is the battery, which with bright backlight set discharges awfully fast, and of course the problem of the second click, sometimes pause the video for example. Sometimes pausing a video on YT is TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE, by double-clicking, I press the space bar on the keyboard, and instead of a single signal, the computer is sent a double, which causes the video immediately continues playing
still no update on this?
Caveat emptor!
I have exactly the same problem with my new BlackWidow V3 Mini HyperSpeed. It is not obvious to me whether this is a hardware/firmware/Synapse problem but if I search the web there are many examples of this over a long period. It seems to me that it is either too difficult for the Razer team to resolve or they simply do not care enough about their customers. I have tried various "solutions" and work-arounds but so far no success.
I messaged support a week ago and they didn't even acknowledge receipt of my request for support.
I still have another two weeks "no quibble" return on the product. If I can't find a solution here, or elsewhere, then it will be returned to my supplier as "unfit for purpose" and another keyboard from different manufacturer will be on my desk.
It is extremely disappointing for an otherwise excellent product to have its deficiency ignored by the manufacturer especially at this price and from a respectable company such as Razer.

Have you tried updating your Intel drivers by visiting this link? Also the Razer Pro Type's USB cable intended for charging only. However, you can connect the keyboard via 2.4GHz dongle or Bluetooth while charging.

Try resetting the keyboard by pressing the reset button using a paper clip for at least 1 second. The reset button is the small hole beside the USB-C port. Pressing the reset button will not erase any of the Synapse 3-configured settings.

Aside from the steps I've provided above, please perform the workaround from this article and see if it helps.

still no update on this?

Should the steps above didn't help, allow me to initiate an investigation by sending me the following:

a. MSinfo logs.
b. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver)
c. Synapse 3.0 logs

Save the compressed files via Google Drive or any online drive account, then paste the link in your PM.

Hey there! I saw your PM and replied to it. I'll be locking this thread now to divert everyone's concern privately.
