Razer Raptor does not turn on and off with the PC

Hi to everyone, first time posting here. My Raptor doesn't turn on and off at the same time as the PC does. I tried my old Acer monitor and is working as it should. I plug in my Raptor and no response, PC turns on and the monitor doesn't. I need to turn it on by hand. And when I turn my PC off the monitor stays on with no signal....... Again, I need to turn it off by pressing the back button. This is so frustrating because all monitors I ever had worked perfectly. I tried Synapse, but no settings or help... Is anybody having this problem or is it just me? Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. Tried to contact with the support no answer yet. And my colleague told me not to buy razer monitor, guess that’s what you get for 700€
