Razer Ripsaw Chat Audio issues.

Setup:
Xbox Series S, Playstation 4
Laptop Computer
Razer Ripsaw HD
Xbox Series X Wireless Controller, Dualshock Wireless Controller
RIG 800LX Wireless Headset, Turtle Beach Pro Series 2 Wired Headset
Elgato Chat Link
Streamlabs OBS.Live

I recently bought a Razer Ripsaw HD, I have figured out how to get it to work to capture my Xbox and Playstation screens to my PC and have gotten that to work perfectly with OBS.Live, it also captures my game audio perfectly so far (albeit a little quietly, but I can work with it and get that fixed). However, I have looked into multiple videos and forums on how to capture my headset audio and/or party chat, and cannot for the life of me seem to get it to work. One video said to try switching my party chat output to headset and speakers, which I have tried, it did not work. Another video said to get the Elgato Chat Link and connect my headset to the female end, then the short male end to my controller and then the long male end to the headphone section of my Ripsaw. Neither of these options seem to work for exporting sound, although both I am able to heard the game (since the headset is plugged into the controller via the short end, I am assuming). How can I get my chat audio when I speak to be caught by the Ripsaw, and as a followup, how can I get party chat audio as well? Thanks ahead of time.
