I just purchased the Razer Ripsaw HD to stream from my xbox, it's showing on my computer as a connected device. When I open OBS or Xsplit. It allows me to select the video capture device but just shows a black screen.
When I first connect the device to my PC. I get a popup in the bottom corner saying "No active HDMI signal - Unable to find a source device. please check if the source device is connected to the HDMI input port of your Razer Ripsaw HD".
The HDMI path from my console through the ripsaw to the monitor seems fine as i can still see the xbox display. I have the green LED on the front of the Ripsaw so im guessing it is all fine there.
Any help would be appreciated.
