Razer Ripsaw Not Fully Installed

    When I recently had to reset my OS, everything else reinstalled driver wise, except the Ripsaw. It shows that it's there, but still has a bubble with a question mark. I use SLOBS, and it won't even recognize it, and it always has a red light, meaning the driver isn't ready. I haven't been able to find a fix for this, has anybody have any ideas of what to do?
