Razer Sila - reconnect ISP every 5 min

Hi all,
just get fresh new Razer Sila. Every 5 min a blue led flashes like it is reconnecting to ISP.
What is the reason?

AP version: RazerSila-2.0.441_api-2.0.418

I created a ticket at razed support now. This is a major issue
Same here..connected.. but no internet connection..
My router seems to have been downgraded to RazerSila-2.0.438_api-2.0.414

Anyone else?
Somehow it is now back to 441. And still dropping connection. No help from Razer support yet.

I ended up switching it to a brand new one at my store. And so far the new update is working on that one. So I guess the firmware we got bricked ours.

If you haven’t created a ticket I think you should so they can replace yours.

You seem to know your stuff, so im just ganna try to ask you a question..
I have had a couple of Nari Essential headphones that keeps on reconnectiong all the time..
What could be the problem.. I think i have tried lot of options.. Been jerking around in windows putting all energysaving options off and so on.. But now i see everytime it happens the blue light on the headphones blinks..
And i have the dongle in my comp so nothing else should/would try to connect to it..
I just dont understand.. Why it is keeping on doing this.. it´s really annoying and cant seem to find help enywhere, thats why i ask you! :)
have a nice day.

As I wrote before, the update seems to have bricked the router. Create a support ticket yourself. Don't expect to get help here from Razer support.

My app isn't working either since this past Friday the 19th. I've had the Sila since it released and this is the first time the app isn't working. Why is there no help from Razer on this?
I've been dealing with Razer support via emails, been passed around to 3 or 4 different "support" people, and none will admit the issue is on Razer's side. It's pretty simple, the Sila app hasn't been updated since Aug, 4th 2019. They need to update it to work with the latest Android.

I had one person ask if I had another Android device to test the app out on, which I do and did test it out. It's a modded Amazon Fire HD8 tablet (it's mounted on my wall and controls my theater, projector, lights, AVR etc.) Told them about the purpose of the tablet and I like to keep it clean (no unnecessary apps etc.) Same problem as my phone, no Sila found. Well, that opened up a whole new case of trying to troubleshoot the tablet, smh. This is NOT the issue, update your app, Razer.
